"Supra-position"
This is the continuing saga of my
dream electric vehicle
project,
converting my 1992 Toyota Supra Turbo to clean & silent
electric
power.
I've been a fan of electrics for many years now, but could never
quite
reconcile the fact that I also have this gasoline-sucking monster
sitting in my driveway!
Well now I can get rid of my enviro-guilt, as
this beast has burnt its last
gallon of hydrocarbons - it's going
electric!
But
wait! Aren't electric cars slow and boring?
LIKE HELL THEY ARE!
This Beast is gonna have some serious power - a 600 kW
controller from CafeElectric Llc
and a big bad Warp11 motor from Netgain
Should have enough torque to lay twin 50 foot stripes of rubber
down
the road, if I so desire...
